Warm international hospitality of the innkeeper and her constant cleaning of the cottages. I've been staying there since 1997 and have seen many improvements despite the many challenges of keeping private property undeveloped. It's within a five minute walk to the center of town with free onsite parking.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at in my life. Sheila, the owner, is incredibly kind-hearted and looks out for you with all the best interest. Especially for a hostel, this place is quite comfortable and offers everything that you would need for a price significantly more affordable than anything else in p-town. Please go here.

If you are visiting PTown on your own or with your friends and looking for a relaxed, inexpensive place, this is the best bet. This is NOT an urban hostel with 24 hour front desk, ultra-clean rooms and wifi, but a bunch of (mixed) dorm …

Stayed here on a bike trip with friends, and it's a very no frills kind of place, but that is what we were looking for. It's super close to everything and cheap to stay. The free parking alone is worth something! It's owned and operated by a small family so things are kind of self service, but the owners live on the property and are super nice people! We made friends with some travelers in another cabin and had an amazing weekend.

The location is incredible, next to the Pilgrim monument which is the most recognizable landmark in P-town. A short walk to Commercial St, the Pier, the beach. It's all super close. ||There aren't many affordable places to stay this close …
